Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
