Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Maintain organized work areas and report hazards
- Complete daily job site inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Pass background/drug screening (provided)
- Willingness to learn construction best practices
