Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, safe work environments by removing debris and following OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Experience in commercial/residential construction preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
