Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and material handling on construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute project requirements
- Transport materials using equipment like forklifts and wheelbarrows
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Basic construction tools (hard hat, steel-toe boots) required (PPE provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality – urgent hiring requires immediate availability
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training offered if needed)
