Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Assist carpenters and masons with measuring, cutting, and installing building components
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure project specifications are met
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management throughout the workday
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
