Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean work areas and follow OSHA protocols
- Assist skilled trades with basic site preparation tasks
- Complete daily safety inspections and equipment checks
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-6 PM)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
