Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting under supervision
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
