- Ensure compliance with OSHA and California Electrical Code standards

- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide detailed documentation and reports for completed work
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
