Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with other trades
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
- Document work performed and maintain safety records
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license in Florida or California (as applicable)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
