Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for accurate task completion
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and site protocols
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain organized workspaces
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
