Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with California electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid California electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
