Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Milwaukee area
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
