Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform cleanup and debris removal daily
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability (weekdays/weekends)
