Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shifts

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic trenching, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work outdoors in varied weather
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
