Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose water leaks, clogs, and pipe corrosion using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and backflow prevention devices per code requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal efficiency
- Provide detailed reports for client billing and project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with California state license (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification and familiarity with LA building codes
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
