Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures according to blueprints and building codes.
- Perform leak detection and locate and repair water main breaks or sewer line issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to clients.
- Ensure all job sites are left clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
- Test water pressure and inspect systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Respond to emergency service calls with a professional and rapid response.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
