Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for circuit layouts
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment mounting
- Adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA regulations
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No electrical experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must have own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
