Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Adhere to Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior plumbers and mentor apprentices on best practices
- Manage inventory and order parts for project efficiency
- Provide detailed service reports to homeowners and business clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with Washington state license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Flexibility for emergency weekend calls (rotating schedule)
