Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural vision for next-gen AI systems, ensuring scalability and ethical compliance for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing paradigms into existing machine learning pipelines.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Design high-performance architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on autonomous agents and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve real-world problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Deep expertise in algorithm design, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
