Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year AI innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems for healthcare, sustainability, and space exploration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on ethical AI frameworks
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neural interface technologies
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML research with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Published work on AI ethics, AGI safety, or human-AI collaboration
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
