Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion Models.
- Define the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specialized focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models with high accuracy and low latency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
