- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight insights into organizational strategy
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for innovation success using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
