Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities across 15+ industries
- Produce quarterly trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven future projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market needs and societal challenges
- Establish global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across 50+ organizational departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s market trends or technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi technique, causal layered analysis, and backcasting
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and global stakeholders
