Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable materials)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive business models
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate next-gen startups
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic visions to board and investor committees with data-backed narratives
- Build global ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrable impact on future tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption theory
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovations successfully commercialized
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
