Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
