- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial products
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting and innovation strategy deliverables
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and pattern recognition
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
