Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with portfolio-scale impact ($1B+ initiatives)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience scaling foresight methodologies across global enterprises
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech convergence patterns (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millenium Project)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
