Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Translate complex future projections into executable innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking across product, R&D, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and storytelling
- Monitor KPIs for innovation initiatives and adapt strategies based on emerging data and feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities using foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or trend-forecasting projects
