Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating and prototyping next-generation products and services
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive threats and strategic opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory shifts affecting our industry landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
