Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-generational innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2035 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum interfaces, neuro-adjacent AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for exponential technology convergence
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and quantum adoption
- Mentor talent in futurist methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ paradigm-shifting projects
