Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive culture of experimentation through agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging threats to long-term viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience building diverse innovation teams and fostering creative cultures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
