Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypical future technologies
- Interface with global research institutions to identify emerging paradigms
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading universities
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
