Responsibilities

- Lead strategic innovation workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive reports and trend briefs published in partnership with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum

- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and build thought leadership authority
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation foresight at top-tier firms
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic risk modeling

- Experience with foresight software platforms (e.g., Kumu, Trendalyzer) or simulation modeling tools
