Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to transform futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
