- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum adoption
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping futuristic solutions
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging tech
- Build ecosystem partnerships with research institutions
- Author thought leadership on future disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Tech, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or patents
