Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout 2026-ready startups
- Design innovation frameworks for 5-year product pipelines
- Represent Horizon at global futurism conferences (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on emerging tech trends (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Track record of implementing future-ready strategies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
