- Build an internal 'Future Council' to champion innovation culture
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles
- Published research on 2026+ tech trends (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proven track record scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Futures Studies
- Experience leading global innovation teams (50+ members)
- Portfolio of launched products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Technology, Innovation Management, or equivalent
