Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive teams, translating complex scenarios into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across academia, government, and private sectors
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI ethics, sustainability, and human-centered design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or innovation implementation
