- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive intelligence briefings for stakeholders
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development, talent acquisition, and market expansion
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force focused on 2026 readiness
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning methodologies, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of influencing executive decisions through data-driven future scenarios
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements at industry futurism conferences
