Responsibilities

- Present executive-level trend briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership papers on future-proofing business models
- Design immersive foresight workshops for strategic planning teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Portfolio of 2026+ strategic roadmaps or future scenario projects
