Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive forces to create 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging startups and research institutions
- Advose on ethical implications of technological advancements and regulatory landscapes
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data into coherent strategic narratives
