- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Quantify future market risks/opportunities using proprietary predictive modeling platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or disruptive innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of implementing future-strategy initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership in future studies or strategic foresight
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
