Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technology adoption and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership and predictive whitepapers
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy in trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (preferred)
