Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change
- Design and facilitate high-impact workshops for executive teams on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on the future of work, AI governance, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, biotech evolution, climate tech, and neurotechnology landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic transformations
