Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience tech
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future scenarios and systemic risk mitigation
- Produce actionable foresight reports with C-suite-level recommendations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Represent the firm at global tech summits and policy forums on emerging tech ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership on future trends in peer-reviewed journals
