- Produce trend intelligence reports using proprietary forecasting models and external research
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor real-time signals from quantum computing, space economics, and neurotech sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (preferred)
