- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions and validate concepts through rapid prototyping
- Present compelling strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, research institutions, and innovation partners
- Monitor competitive intelligence and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategic positioning
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through knowledge sharing and mentorship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused strategies that generated $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
