- Develop scenario-planning models for technological convergence in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate emerging startups and strategic investments
- Design and implement innovation sprints for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
