- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D and product teams
- Present findings at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in AI-driven predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
