Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, social, and economic shifts shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Author seminal white papers on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-focused research
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption scenarios and adaptation strategies
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformations via future-proofing
